User-Oriented Quality Assessment of IT-Supported Healthcare Processes - A Position Paper

چکیده

The user view of the quality of IT-supported health care processes is very important for a successful performance of these processes. Current approaches to process quality do not capture this point of view explicitly. This position paper provides a first collection of indicators for this view. Classification: Process quality, Workflow management, Process optimization, Compliance, Process modelling.
